General Information

MANUTECH ASSEMBLY, INC. (d.b.a. MANUTECH, INC.) is a privately held American company incorporated in Delaware in 1984.  We employ about 500 people in Haiti, supported by a 4 person Miami sales office and warehouse.

Manutech has three subsidiary companies: MAGNELAB, INC., employing 14 people in Longmont, Colorado; FERROPERM (UK), LTD. employing 12 people in Wrexham, Wales (UK); and INTRONICS POWER, INC. employing 12 people in Norwood, just south of Boston, Massachusetts.

Markets

Our existing customer base consists mostly of U.S. transformer companies and manufacturers of power supplies. We also build product for original equipment manufacturer's (OEM's) and contract electronics manufacturers (CEM's).

Although this website features a range of standard catalog products, most of our product is custom designed by the customer. We are a value-added manufacturer, of particular interest to those companies with a labor-intensive part or subassembly facing competition and looking to reduce labor costs.

Approximately 1/3 of our production in Haiti is sold through our independently-operated subsidiaries, each of whom have their own proprietary designs:

MAGNELAB designs, manufactures, and markets magnetic components for the medical equipment industry under its own name.

FERROPERM (UK), LTD. manufactures and markets filtered connectors, feed-thru pi-filters, and capacitor arrays, in addition to magnetic components for the UK and European markets.

INTRONICS POWER, INC. is the manufacturer of custom DC/DC power supplies, medical and industrial isolation amplifiers, and function modules. Since 1995, INTRONICS has also manufactured and provided support on legacy line of ANALOG DEVICES' power supply products.
